I am committed to searching for and confirming the very best airfares possible for you and can advise you of specials as and when they are released, especially to the destinations that you intend to travel to.

 Client Profile for all Travellers

Electronic secure passenger profile cards are kept on file for all travellers and the relevant information loaded into our reservations system – this information is accessed at the time of booking.  Information includes airline seating, mileage membership numbers, preferred supplier details, meal and hotel preferences etc.

 Specialist Group Travel Consulting

As mentioned previously, I have 30+ in the travel industry and can provide full and comprehensive knowledge in all areas. 

My internal quality control systems, attention to detail and independent cross-checking ensure error free results.  Routing options are discussed in full at the time of booking with offering a selection of itinerary options.

 Formal Client Satisfaction Monitoring

To encourage feedback and prompt attention to any issues of concern, I keep in regular contact with my clients and encourage as much direct interaction as possible.

 Frequent Flyer Programmes

I recommend that all regular travellers join international frequent flyer programmes and can help facilitate redemption bookings, upgrades pre-seating and waitlists.

 Hotel and Car Reservations

I have access to the very best hotel and car hire rates via a number of supply agreements worldwide.

 Regular Meetings

I will initiate and participate in regular meetings with the where required.

 Method of Payment  

The majority of payments will be charged to a credit card and in some instances, depending on the type of fare booked, payment maybe be required immediately.   Some cases 2% credit card fees may occur.

 Personal Holiday Bookings

As one of the largest travel groups in New Zealand I can offer very competitive packages to most destinations. I am more than happy to make reservations for your personal holidays as well as Group travel arrangements. 

Travel Insurance

Leisure or annual policies for travellers taking multiple journeys each year can be arranged at the time of booking.

 Visa/Passport Service

I offer a complete service of the above.  Advice on visa requirements will always be given at time of confirmation.  I hold most visa application forms in my office.

 24 Hour Service 

My official office hours are 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.  However I believe it is not my working hours that are important but yours, therefore at the end of my working day I can be contacted by mobile phone/email. This enables me to be contacted 24 hours a day – 365 days a year for urgent travel requirements.
